Vista and Tokyu Land Buy East Bay Apartment Complex from Equity Residential

A joint venture owned by Los Angeles-based Vista Investment Group and Tokyu Land US Corporation purchased the 221-unit Northridge Apartments in Pleasant Hill, California, for US$ 91 million. The seller of the apartment was Equity Residential who was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors.
Northridge Apartments were built in 1974 and owned by Equity Residential for around 20 years.

Tokyo-based Tokyu Land Corporation owns Tokyu Land US Corporation.
