White House Officials: Trump Floats Zero Percent Payroll Tax

In a meeting with Republican lawmakers, U.S. President Donald Trump pitched a 0% payroll tax rate that would last through the rest of this year, according to White House officials. The Trump administration is trying to come up with ways for fiscal stimulus to stop the impact of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) economic impact.
