Khaldoon Al Mubarak Named Chairman of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank

Khaldoon Al Mubarak is the Managing Director and Group CEO of Abu Dhabi-based Mubadala Investment Company. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) named Khaldoon Al Mubarak as its new chairman, replacing its current chair Eissa Al Suwaidi. The ADCB board also named Ahmed Saeed Al Calily and Mohamed Ali Al Dhaheri to the board and named Hussain J. Al Nowais as vice chairman.
The Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC), which is integrated under the Mubadala empire, owns 60.2% of ADCB. UAE investors own 25.32%, while foreign investors control 14.48% of ADCB.
