The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) skyrocketed on March 24, 2020, recording its best day in 87 years as investors are hoping U.S. lawmakers are able to pass a historic stimulus bill to combat the negative economic impact of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This historic equity market bounce comes from days of historic sell-offs in global equity markets.
