Temasek and Tencent Lead Round into China’s MiningLamp Software

Founded in 2014, Beijing-based MiningLamp Software (MiningLamp Software Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese artificial intelligence and big data company. The company in U.S. media is also referred as MiningLamp Technology and is called China’s Palantir. MiningLamp Software’s customers include CCTV, China’s Public Security Bureau, Bank of Communications, and China Postal Savings Bank
MiningLamp Software raised US$ 300 million in a new funding round that was led by Tencent Holdings Limited and Temasek Holdings. Other investors in the round include China Renaissance and Sequoia Capital China.
