Unity Technologies Buys Finger Food Advanced Technology Group

Unity Technologies is a company that produces operating interactive, real-time 3D (RT3D) content. Port Coquitlam, British Columbia-based Finger Food Advanced Technology Group was founded in 2009 and builds custom technology solutions. Finger Food provides tailored solutions companies, including Lowe’s, Enbridge Inc, and Softbank Robotics.

Disclosed on May 11, 2020, Unity Technologies acquired Finger Food Advanced Technology Group. The acquired company will join Unity Industrial, the division that ensures the development and deployment of scalable RT3D solutions and services to any industry or enterprise.

Unity Technologies is financially backed by D1 Capital Partners, CPP Investments (Canada Pension Plan Investment Board), Light Street Capital, Sequoia Capital, and Silver Lake Partners.
