Hines and APG Residential Development Moves Forward in Dublin

Real estate property giant Hines, through Hines Ireland, and APG Asset Management sent a fast-track planning application to An Bord Pleanála for the building of 416 new homes on the former Player Wills and Bailey Gibson site on the South Circular Road in Dublin. Hines hopes to start construction in early 2021.
The development site is over 2.18 hectares and was bought by Hines and APG in December 2018. The first phase will be comprised of 404 new apartments, two duplex, three triplex apartments, and four houses.
APG manages the assets of Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP.
