Royal Dutch Shell Keen on Selling Stake in Queensland Curtis LNG Plant Development

Royal Dutch Shell plc is seeking to sell a 26.25% stake in the common facilities at its Queensland Curtis LNG plant in Australia. Royal Dutch Shell hopes to get more than A$ 2 billion for the sale. The Queensland Curtis LNG plant is located on Curtis Island, Gladstone, in Queensland, Australia. It was developed by Queensland Gas Company Ltd (QGC), a BG International Group business. The plant is expected to be completed before the end of 2020. The gas fields are located in the Surat basin.
