M1 Finance Raises Series B Round

New York-based Left Lane Capital led a US$ 33 million Series B round in M1 Finance, a Chicago-based money managment platform. Other investors in the Series B round include Jump Capital and Clocktower Technology Ventures. M1 Finance is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker dealer. Brian Barnes is the founder of M1 Finance, which claims to have surpassed US$ 1 billion in assets under management in February 2020.
M1 Finance seeks to generate around 1% of AUM in revenue.
M1 Holdings Inc. is the parent entity of M1 Finance.
