Swedish buffer fund AP7 has an exclusion list of 74 companies from its investment universe. AP7 added the Cronos Group to its list, due to “involvement in the sale and production of cannabis in violation with international conventions.” AP7 added SK Holdings to the exclusion list over “involvement in the violation of human rights in a gas extraction project in Peru.”

AP7 also added Elsewedy Electric to its exclusion list due to “involvement in violation of environmental norms at the World Heritage site of the Selous Game Reserve in Tanzania.”

AP7 has a number of governmental screens when investing in equities, which includes the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change and the United Nations Global Compact’s 10 principles on human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption.
