Media Super in Talks with Cbus about Merging

Cbus is the superannuation fund for the Australian construction industry. Cbus is in talks about taking over Media Super. Media Super is looking to merge with a larger superannuation fund that is like-minded in philosophy. Cbus made an offer to Media Super and due diligence arrangements have been made.
AustralianSuper is the other interested party in Media Super that Media Super is keen on.
