Allianz Real Estate Provides Loan for Arboretum Paris Development

Allianz Real Estate, a unit of Allianz SE, is providing a €200 million loan for a Paris office complex development being backed by Ivanhoé Cambridge, a unit of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ).
ICAWOOD is a real estate investment fund launched by ICAMAP and Ivanhoé Cambridge. ICAWOOD also has backing from WO2 and BNP Paribas. ICAWOOD raised €650 million for the acquisition and development of Arboretum. Arboretum is the first office campus in the Paris region to be constructed primarily from wood. Arboretum plans include seven buildings spread over nine hectares.
