Oman Investment Authority Restructured Boards of its Portfolio Companies

The Oman Investment Authority (OIA), which oversees the merged Oman State General Reserve Fund and Oman Investment Fund, along with other assets, restructured the boards of its various portfolio companies. The sovereign investor restructured the boards of 15 companies, as a massive review of simplifying its governance.
The Petroleum Development Oman was not included in the OIA.
