PIF Entities: ELM Buys Tabadul to Increase Efficiencies

ELM is a Saudi joint stock company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). ELM was formerly known as Al-Elm Research and Development Company. ELM acquired 100% of the shares of digital services company Tabadul (Saudi Company for Exchanging Digital Information) from PIF. Before the summer, PIF was considering having an initial public offering for ELM.

Tabadul provides digital solutions for the logistics sector.
