Former Morgan Stanley Executive Names as CRO for Saudi PIF

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), the country’s sovereign wealth fund, hired Feta Zabeli in June 2020 as its chief risk officer. Feta Zabeli is the former chief risk officer at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

PIF also hired Maziar Alamouti. Maziar Alamouti was the Head for Trading for Quilter Investors, a U.K.-based wealth manager. PIF currently has 900 employees with a goal of 1,000 people by year end. In comparison, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has around 1,700 people.
