Citi Buys Stake in Threadneedle Software

Citi (part of Citigroup, Inc.) purchased an ownership stake in U.K.-based Threadneedle Software Limited (doing business as | Solidatus Technology). Threadneedle Software is an enterprise data management company. Philip Dutton and Philip Miller are the company co-founders.
