Cerberus Capital Management’s Head of International Real Estate, Ron Rawald, Dies at 56

Ronald (Ron) A. Rawald was Head of International Real Estate and a senior leader on Cerberus’ global real estate team (Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.). Ron Rawald died over the weekend at the age of 56. His death was unexpected.
In 2017, Rawald was the Head of European Real Estate Advisory at the firm and worked in London. He moved to New York in 2017 to take on the role of Head of International Real Estate. Rawald began his 32-year real estate career at Equitec Properties Company in Indianapolis. He graduated from Indiana University and received an M.B.A. from the Fordham University.
