KKR Buys Citation Group from HgCapital

Private equity firm KKR acquired U.K.-based Citation Group, a provider of human resources and employment law services to SMEs through long-term subscriptions. KKR made its investment through its European Fund V and its Global Impact Fund. The seller is HgCapital LLP.
HgCapital’s Services team invested in Citation Group in 2016. HgCapital assumed majority ownership from ECI Partners, investing alongside the existing management team.
