GIC Sells Warsaw Area Warehouse to Elite Partners Capital

Singapore-based Elite Partners Capital, through its Elite Logistics Fund, bought a warehouse in Mszczonow, Poland for more than 30 million euros from a subsidiary of Singapore’s GIC Private Limited. The 58,500 square meter facility is the largest warehouse in PepsiCo Poland’s distribution network. The seller is GIC’s wholly owned P3 Logistics Parks.
The Mszczonow warehouse is located in the southwest of Warsaw.
