DRA Advisors Sells Silicon Valley-based AMP to Hines Global Income Trust

Hines Global Income Trust purchased the Advanced Manufacturing Portfolio (AMP), which is a 417,000-square-foot industrial and manufacturing campus in Santa Clara, California. AMP is currently leased to 10 tenants. The portfolio is a four building campus. The seller is DRA Advisors and the purchase price was US$ 107.1 million.
Hines Global Income Trust is a public non-listed real estate investment trust.
In July, Hines Global Income Trust acquired a logistics asset in the U.K. from AEW UK Investment Management’s AEW UK Core Property Fund for £20.635 million. The U.K. 207,115 square-foot property is located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and is fully-let to Integrated Third Party Logistics.
