APG CEO Van Olphen to Exit Spring 2021

Gerard van Olphen is the CEO of APG Asset Management NV since 2016. Gerard van Olphen disclosed he is leaving the role in Spring 2021. Gerard van Olphen disclosed he is exiting for private reasons. APG’s supervisory board has started a search for a new CEO.
In addition, as part of APG’s new strategy, it plans to take on new pension fund clients.
One of APG’s largest clients is Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP.
