AIMCo and Canmoor Buy Six UK Warehouses from LondonMetric

Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) partnered with London-based Canmoor to purchase 6 distribution warehouses in the United Kingdom from LondonMetric Property. The price for the properties was £57.3 million.
The properties are located in Worcester, Leamington Spa, Royston, Castle Donnington, Milton Keynes, and Huyton.
