SALIC Boosts Stake in Minerva Foods

Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) is owned the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund (PIF). SALIC boosted its ownership stake in Brazilian meat company Minerva Foods to 33.83% from 25.5%. Saudi Arabia imports more than 70% of its red meat consumption.
