Alberta Investment Management Corporation Partners with Quadrant on Prime Central London Office Development

Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) partnered with U.K. real estate firm Quadrant to purchase a prime central London office development site on the north-west corner of Nine Elms Park in Battersea. The development is on the site of the former Royal Mail center, which the building closed operations in 2012. The entire area spans 14 acres.
