Tishman Speyer and PSP Investments Acquire Espace Lumière Building from Malaysia Employees Provident Fund

Real estate firm Tishman Speyer and Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) purchased the Espace Lumière building in Boulogne-Billancourt, near Paris. The seller is Malaysia Employees Provident Fund (KWSP), in which the asset was managed by Invesco Real Estate. The price is estimated to be €230 million.

The Espace Lumière building totals 28,000 square meters.

Malaysia Employees Provident Fund bought the building in 2015 for €215 million from AEW Europe, a unit of AEW Capital.
