Jada Investments Signs Investment Agreement Regarding Saudi Alpha Financial Fund for Private Equity

Jada Investments, a fund-of-funds investor owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), signed a new investment agreement with the Saudi Alpha Financial Fund for Private Equity. The Saudi Alpha Financial Fund for Private Equity, which is overseen by Alpha Financial Company, seeks to achieve capital gains by investing in Saudi companies that are in the growth stage in the food and beverage sector. Founded in 2018, Alpha Financial Company, a boutique investment company based in Riyadh, is headed up by Fahad bin Khaled Al-Saud. Fahad Al-Saud was an advisor to PIF and before a Vice President of Jadwa Investment.

PIF created Jada Investments with investment capital of 4 billion Saudi riyals.
