Grove Collaborative Raises $125 Million in Latest Round

Grove Collaborative, Inc. is a San Francisco-based household products marketplace and subscription company. The company offers direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform for natural home and personal care products. Grove Collaborative raised US$ 125 million at a US$ 1.32 billion post-money valuation. Investors include Morgan Stanley’s Counterpoint Global, Sculptor, NextView Ventures, and Glynn Capital Management.

Grove Collaborative raised US$ 150 million in a Series D round that was co-led by Lone Pine Capital, General Atlantic LLC, and Glynn Capital Management.

Earlier, Grove Collaborative acquired Sustain Natural, a direct-to-consumer manufacturer of natural period care and sexual wellness products for women. Grove Collaborative also acquired Darby Smart, a video community founded in 2013 that focuses on beauty, home decor, and do-it-yourself (DIY) projects.

Stuart Landesberg is the CEO and co-founder of Grove Collaborative, which started in October 2012.
