WeWork Could go Public via SPAC

Troubled real estate office sharing company WeWork is in talks to go public. In this instance, WeWork is in discussions with a SPAC affiliated with Bow Capital Management to go public through a reverse merger. WeWork remains controlled by SoftBank Group Corporation.
Vivek Ranadive, the founder of Tibco Software Inc. and the owner of the Sacramento Kings National Basketball Association franchise, is overseeing the Bow Capital Management SPAC called BowX Acquisition Corp. BowX Acquisition Corp. filed for a US$ 350 million listing. Ranadive is also a former co-owner of the Golden State Warriors basketball team.
