On February 10, 2021, Prem Watsa’s Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited agreed to sell a 14% interest in Lloyd’s re/insurer Brit Ltd. for approximately US$ 375 million to the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS).
