Eurazeo Sells Partial Stake in iM Global Partner

Eurazeo sold a piece of its ownership, about 20%, in iM Global Partner to IK Investment Partners and Luxempart S.A. for 70 million euros. iM Global Partner has received support from Eurazeo and Amundi. IK Investment Partners and Luxempart are becoming shareholders of IK Investment Partners and Luxempart. Philippe Couvrecelle is CEO and founder of iM Global Partner. Eurazeo will remain as a controlling shareholder after the deal.
Luxempart is a financial holding company based in Leudelange, in southwestern Luxembourg.
