Australian Food and Fibre Limited signed a deal to buy Auscott Limited. The transaction is for the whole company, by way of a 100% share sale and includes all properties as well as the ginning, warehousing, classing, and marketing businesses.
Australian Food and Fibre is already a major cotton growing and ginning operation based at Moree.
PSP Investments is financially backing Australian Food and Fibre. Australian Food and Fibre is founded and run by the Robinson family.
