Saudi PIF Creates Two Deputy Governor Roles

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) created two deputy governor roles to support the sovereign wealth fund’s continued growth and expansion. Turqi Alnowaiser and Yazeed Alhumied were named deputy governors of the fund. Turqi Alnowaiser heads PIF’s International Investments division. Yazeed Alhumied leads the sovereign fund’s MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Investments Division, formerly the Local Holdings Investments Division. The two executives will also maintain their current responsibilities.
PIF is led by Governor Yasir al-Rumayyan.
