Novo Platform Raises Series A Round

Novo Platform Inc. (Novo), is a New York City-based small business banking platform. In June 2021, Novo raised US$ 40.7 million in Series A funding. Valar Ventures led the round and was joined by investors including Crosslink Capital, Los Angeles-based Rainfall Ventures, New York-based Red Sea Ventures, and BoxGroup.
