Qatari Diar Real Estate Takes Advantage of Low Interest Rates

Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company is owned by the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA). Taking advantage of low interest rates, Qatari Diar is refinancing its debt facilities. Qatari Diar expects low interest rates to remain for years.
According to its website, as of 2020, Qatari Diar had 50 investment projects in 22 countries with an investment value of around US$ 35 billion. Qatari Diar is focusing mainly on Lusail Smart City, while looking at opportunities in the U.S. and U.K.
