Qatar Investment Authority Subscribed to Two Convertible Bonds of Credit Suisse

The Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) subscribed to two convertible bonds of Credit Suisse Group AG, taking its holding to 6.005% (with note conversion in November 2021) ownership. This is after the sovereign wealth fund lowered its share ownership of Credit Suisse to about 4.8% of the Swiss bank.
Credit Suisse raised US$ 2 billion earlier in 2021 from investors through the sale of notes.
