Mubadala and GIC Are in Talks to Buy a Spanish REIT

Singapore’s GIC Private Limited and Mubadala Investment Company are in talks of buying Spanish REIT Healthcare Activos. This REIT is focused on the Spanish elder care industry. Morgan Stanley is behind the talks. The buyers would acquire the portfolio of healthcare assets, which, since its creation in 2016, has acquired more than 47 assets.
