Qatar Investment Authority Opens Singapore Office

The Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) formed a wholly-owned advisory subsidiary in Singapore to source investment opportunities in Asia. The sovereign wealth enterprise is called Qatar Investment Authority Advisory (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Since 2020, sovereign funds have been opting for Singapore over Hong Kong in forming an investment outpost in Asia.
