ADIA Becomes a Minority Shareholder in VTB Bank

The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has become a minority shareholder in Russia’s state-owned VTB Bank. ADIA now holds a 1.2% voting stake, according to VTB.
VTB believes the market value of the stake is estimated at 7.3 billion roubles.
