iM Global Partner Buys Big Stake in Richard Bernstein Advisors

iM Global Partner is taking a 45% non-controlling ownership stake in Richard Bernstein Advisors. Richard Bernstein Advisors (RBA) has US$ 14.6 billion under management and advisement. RBA senior Investment committee members and iM Global Partner partners do not plan to change operations or portfolio approaches, the firms said in the joint release. Richard Bernstein is looking forward to expand the firm’s institutional distribution globally and in Europe.
