Lincoln Property Company and Cadillac Fairview closed on the acquisition of Alexan Earl. Built in 2021 by Trammel Crow Residential, Alexan Earl is a 12-story apartment community in Arlington, Virginia. This property was bought by a platform co-sponsored by Lincoln Property Co. Residential and Cadillac Fairview. It is the first existing asset acquisition from the US$ 800 million and growing U.S. multifamily fund.
