Wafra Buys Urbon At Audubon Park Apartments in Orlando

A real estate investment trust co-owned by Wafra acquired Urbon At Audubon Park apartments by Orlando Fashion Square mall for US$ 96.25 million from Brookstone Audubon LLC. Brookstone Audubon LLC is a company associated to South Florida-based real estate firm Cornerstone Group and New York-based Brookstone Partners. Wafra is owned by Kuwait’s Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS).
Urbon At Audubon Park apartments is a 361-unit multifamily community.
Brookstone Audubon LLC bought the 13.5-acre property at 825 McCullough Avenue in 2017 for approximately US$ 8.6 million. The developer completed Urbon At Audubon Park in 2020.
