NGS Super and Australian Catholic Superannuation Cancel Merger

After one year of due diligence, Melbourne-based NGS Super and Sydney-based Australian Catholic Superannuation decided not to merge. Both superannuation investors cited in a news release considerable changes to Australia’s regulatory and commercial environments for their decision not to move forward.
NGS Super gets most of its members from non-government schools. Australian Catholic Superannuation focuses on Catholic schools, aged care facilities, and hospitals.
