AllianceBernstein Forms Partnership with LSV Advisors for Firm’s Private Wealth Business

Disclosed in mid-August, AllianceBernstein L.P. (NYSE: AB) established a strategic partnership with LSV Advisors, LLC, a special situations secondaries firm focused on liquidity solutions for hedge fund, private equity, and other alternative investment funds. The new partnership will enhance investment offerings for the firm’s private wealth business, Bernstein Private Wealth Management. The goal of the partnership is to provide clients access to LSV’s investment strategy to enhance their diversification in alternative investments. As a part of the broader strategic partnership, AB will become the exclusive private wealth partner for LSV. New York-based LSV Advisors was founded in 2005 by David Tisch. LSV has approximately US$ 1 billion of client assets and capital commitments under management as of June 1, 2021. Prior to LSV, from 2002 to 2005, David Tisch served as a Director at Deutsche Bank, where he helped grow the DB Advisors, LLC platform.
