Walton Street BlackSoil Tie Up Forms Second Debt Fund

Walton Street BlackSoil Real Estate Debt Fund II claims to have received commitments of Rs 360 crore for the first closing of its Rs 500 crore fund. Chicago-based Walton Street Capital, L.L.C partnered with BlackSoil on their second debt fund. Walton Street BlackSoil Real Estate Debt Fund I launched with committed capital of Rs 320 crore in 2018.
Walton Street BlackSoil Real Estate Debt Fund II seeks to deploy capital to middle-income residential real estate projects across cities of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi and the National Capital Region.
