Iris Capital Group Sells Beverly Hills Medical Plaza to Morgan Stanley Meridian JV

A partnership between Morgan Stanley and Meridian acquired the Beverly Hills Medical Plaza building for US$ 81.5 million. The property has 67,510 square feet of office space leased to doctors and other medical tenants. More than half of the tenants are affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The property has three levels of subterranean parking.

The seller of the property is a family office focused on real estate and developer and has owned the property since 1989. The seller is Iris Capital Group, LLC is owned by Tracey Darroll.

Newmark Group Inc. represented the seller in the transactions. Meridian was self-represented.
