Indonesia Investment Authority Inks Preliminary Agreement with Angkasa Pura II

The Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) signed two preliminary agreements with PT Angkasa Pura II, Indonesia’s largest airport operator. The first part is that a joint venture will be created between Angkasa Pura II, Indonesia Investment Authority, and foreign investors. The JV will take over the operations of the Soekarno-Hatta airport and oversee the building of a new cargo village. The new cargo village will be constructed over 90 hectares. Angkasa Pura II will continue to own the Soekarno-Hatta airport.
