Schroders Capital Buys Office in Paris for Real Estate Funds

Schroders Capital, part of Schroders plc, acquired an office in Paris on behalf of one of its core-core-plus pan-European real estate funds. Schroders Capital purchased the asset located at 41-43 rue Pergolèse in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The two buildings that comprise of the office were renovated in 2009 and has 2,615 square meters of space over eight floors and 22 underground parking spaces.
