Ferrovial and GIC Invest via Equity Issue in IRB Infrastructure Developers

IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, is an Indian highway construction company run by Virendra Dattatraya Mhaiskar. IRB Infrastructure Developers manages 2,000 kilometers of toll roads in India.
Ferrovial, S.A. (via Cintra INR Investments BV) will invest up to Rs 3,180 crore for a 24.9% stake in IRB Infrastructure Developers, while Singapore’s GIC Private Limited (via Bricklayers Investment Pte. Ltd) will invest up to Rs 2,167 crore for a 16.9% stake. This was done through a preferential issue of equity shares.
