Tether Mints $3 Billion USDT in the First Week of November 2021

Tether is a cryptocurrency with tokens issued by Tether Limited, which in turn is controlled by the owners of Bitfinex. Tether minted US$ 3 billion USDT in the first week of November 2021.
Meanwhile, the 1 billion USDT burn took place on the Tron blockchain on November 4, 2021 at 15:08:12 UTC.
At press time, Tether’s circulating supply was 72,535,304,635 USDT coins. If fully backed by dollar reserves, that should mean Tether holds circa US$ 72.535 billion.
