Contrast Security Raises Series E Funding

Contrast Security, Inc., a Los Altos, California-based developer of code security tools, raised US$ 150 million in Series E funding. Liberty Strategic Capital led, and was joined by insiders Warburg Pincus, Battery Ventures, General Catalyst, Microsoft’s M-12 Fund, AXA Venture Partners, and Acero Capital. Liberty Strategic Capital is founded by former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin.
